  New users are assigned Temporary Passwords that they must use the first time they enter the site. This random password can then be changed by the user so that they can maintain their own confidential password.
  Site Administrators can elect to "Block" users from accessing the site.
  Site Administrators can also set "hours/days of usage" for access to the site. Now, you can restrict employees from accessing the site during non-business hours or days when the business is closed.
  Site Administrators also have full control of what applications, sections or features of the site that a user may utilize.
